Street Fighter 6 Demo Is Out: DLC For Year 1 Coming Soon!

PlayStation

It’s a great year for fans of fighting games as some of the biggest franchises are about to release their latest hits. The gaming giant Capcom promises fans a demo release for the upcoming Street Fighter 6 game.

2023 is going to be an epic year for fighting enthusiasts! Mortal Kombat is about to drop its latest entry, and a DLC for Guilty Gear Strive is on its way. We were blessed with even more good news as Capcom promised a demo of Street Fighter 6 for their fans.

Street Fighter 6 is dropping in June, but fans won’t have to wait long to try out the game! The Demo is currently live on Playstation 4 and Playstation 5. Xbox and PC players will have to be patient until their platforms’ official ports come along on April 26th.

The Demo mode will allow players to test the World Tour Mode and a few more fighting modes. Avatar Creation will also be available to try out, allowing players to build out their very own custom character. It’s good to note that the character created in the demo can be transferred to the main game once it releases: you will not lose it! However, any and all in-game progress will be wiped!

Fans will also get four characters as DLC in the first years of Street Fighter 6. These characters are Rashid, ED, Akuma, and a brand-new entry by A.K.I. If you want to be in the groove for the game, make sure to attend the EVO event in Las Vegas. The event will take place from 4-6th August at Mandalay Bay.
