Activision recently teased us with some info on their newest operator through a video. We were given a hint that he will be a basketball player. We did some detective work, allowing us to get an idea of who it is.
The Facebook page of Call of Duty released a placeholder video which had the filename KD_Teaser. Now what does KD stand for? Kevin Durant it is! In addition to this, the teaser video from Call of Duty’s official account also showcased the handle Easy Money Sniper, this is Kevin Durant’s handle on Instagram!
This isn’t the first time Activision added an athlete as a playable operator.
Remember when Call of Duty fans were graced with the likes of Messi, Paul, Neymar and Pogba to celebrate the world cup.The Phoenix Suns star has also stated that he wishes to create his own Call of Duty team one day. Being a long standing fan of the gaming franchise, Kevin Durant is the perfect addition to the game! However, May is already here and fans will soon be able to officially witness the operator reveal.
