Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom Has Leaked Out Through PIracy

Copies of the new Zelda have been leaked online, and Nintendo is declaring an all-out war against piracy and streamers.

It seems that physical copies of the upcoming game have been delivered to buyers ahead of the release date. Over the weekend, multiple copies of the game have popped up for sale on online marketplaces, and leaks have been flowing through 4Chan regularly. Streamers and content creators have been accessing this content only for them to be taken down through Nintendo almost instantaneously.

Multiple torrent sites are already hosting cracked switch rips of the game, and Nintendo’s piracy department is going on overdrive.

We have identified that the links for the torrents originate from 4Chan. There has also been a webm file leaked, which contains cutscenes from the game. We cannot guarantee the authenticity and safety of these files. Therefore we would advise our readers to avoid accessing them for the time being.

Developers of the Nintendo Switch emulator Ryujinx have also released a statement declaring their stance against piracy. Yuku, another emulator, outright banned the use of pirated switch rips which is ironic considering that’s what their software is mostly used for. It seems everyone is visibly scared of Nintendo and their brutal piracy takedowns.
